Meet the planner

My name is Kristen, and I offer something different.

Over the last ten years of my events career, I’ve watched the industry push harder and harder for more spending and waste. It leaves couples feeling confused and pressured to host a magazine-worthy wedding, when what they really want is an experience of closeness with their loved ones that reflects their relationship.

My wedding planning style is rooted in my values. I guide couples through each step of the process with a grounded focus on the elements that really matter to you and your guests. I am there to facilitate an event that feels meaningful, comfortable, and effortless while sticking to your budget.

Living in Telluride, Colorado has been my dream come true. The magic of these mountains is an incredible thing to share with your family and friends. Stoked Occasions’ mission is to make mountain weddings accessible for mountain lovers of all kinds using creativity, local knowledge, connections, and persistence.
